Roles:
Quote
and Authorization (Q&A) Representatives will be directly interfaced
with clients interface through the reception of inbound calls related
to account information, and other general Client Services issues. They
will also answer general information questions, assist clients with
inquiries regarding their accounts and facilitate the processing of
client requests.
Responsibilities:
* Provide responsive and accurate client service via the telephone regarding general account management and activity issues
*
Participate in other critical company functional areas as required.
This could encompass responding to electronic inquiries, clearing
functions, trading and new account development issues
* Possess a working knowledge of technology and be able to operate in an environment requiring intermediate computer skills
* Provide input and recommendations for process improvement as it regards current policy and procedures
* This is a seasonal position supporting inbound clients
Requirements:
* College degree preferred but not required
* Outstanding communication, listening and analytical skills
* Minimum of two years client service experience preferred
*
Candidate must display strong organizational and problem solving
skills. The individual must be able to handle high-pressure situations
while making accurate judgment decisions
* General knowledge of Windows based computer systems
* Knowledge of the securities rules and regulations is a plus
* Individual must be confident and competent in complying with TD Ameritrade's policies and procedures
* General knowledge of the securities industry
* General account management skills
* Understand the basic principles of equity, option and mutual fund transactions
* The Associate may be requested to perform additional duties as may be assigned from time to time
