Typical daily activities include:
- Sales coaching with your team
- Sales process management
- Business planning, process management, and project work
- Handling escalated situations
- Performance management of your staff
- Outreach and relationship building with key business partners
- Working with internal business partners on a variety of projects and providing tactical guidance on strategic initiatives
- Analysis and audit of performance data for trends and actions
- Performing compliance and administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 8-10 years in the financial services industry
- A minimum of 3 -4 years of management/sales management experience
- Current and active Series 7, 9/10 and 63 licenses are required
- Series 3 (Futures) is a 90 day condition of employment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong business judgment
- Proven success in sales, sales management, and overall leadership (previous project management and or business analysis experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the Active Trader/Options business and client base preferred.
