Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the President of a $20 million logistics division of a
truckload carrier with 835 tractors and 4,000 trailers. This company
has been in business for over 40 years. Responsible for complete sales
cycle process including, lead generation, prospect qualification,
analysis, and presentation(s), start-up and customer service follow-up
after the sale, based in the Atlanta area. Challenge is to increase
revenues and improve profitability.
Background Required:
Brokerage sales (2 years)
Asset light sales
Current brokerage account portfolios
Proven and verifiable growth track record
Selling to multiple levels of decision makers (Executive, Middle and Line mgmt)
Pricing Analysis and knowledge of the major markets
Computer literate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Location: Anywhere (Home office environment)
Background Preferred (but not required):
Software: (ie. Aljex, TMW)
Telemarketing Experience
Education: College or a combination of education and experience
Other Essential Abilities and Skills:
Team player
Great communicator (verbal, written, listener)
Negotiations
