Trading Floor Administrative Assistant(Investment Bank) 

About our client 
Our Client is an international investment bank specializing in cross products. They are looking for a talented administrative assistant to join their fast pace trading floor. This individual will support the head of sales as well as their direct reports. 

Job description 
Job Responsibilites included but not limited to: 

•Answer a high volume of phone calls using a turret phone 
•Support traders with their day to day needs 
•Heavy meeting coordination 
•Prepare materials for meetings 
•Communicate directly with high-level executives both internally and externally 
•Coordinate travel arrangements and arrange travel schedules 
•Maintain confidential files and general organization 
•Process invoices in a timely manner and maintain electronic and paper filing systems 
•Schedule conference rooms 
•Maintenance of monthly Travel and Expense report 
•Prepare reports as requested 
•Create and maintain spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and Word documents 

What's on offer 
Page Personnel is offering an hourly rate based on market value for the position. The position will pay time and half for over time. Employees are eligible for benefits after 8 weeks of employment. Could be a temp to perm for the right candidate. 
 RequirementsWho we are looking for 
We are looking for someone who has the following skills. 
•3-10 years experience 
•Must have previous experience on a trading floor supporting 30 plus 
•4 yr degree preferred 
•Turret phone expierence is required 
•Proficient in MS Office; Strong Excel 
•Fluent in another language is a PLUS
