Role:
The Fixed Income Sales & Services Teams (FIS&S) are a part of the Investor Solutions Group in Retail Distribution. The teams are comprised of highly skilled fixed income professionals who work in conjunction with TD Ameritrade's retail distribution channels including Branches, National Branch and Investor Services to service and deepen relationships with high assets clients and prospects with fixed income needs.
The Regional Bond Specialist will be responsible for a developing a territory to grow fixed income clients by partnering with local Branch Managers & Investment Consultants (ICs). The Specialists will convert client referrals, co-manage fixed income HAC (High Asset Client) relationships with ICs, and make proactive outbound client development calls. The Specialist will primarily be educating clients on fixed income strategies and solutions for their portfolio, positioning new products and solutions and providing excellent execution and services to deepen client relationships.
These activities will require a strong knowledge of the securities industry, complex fixed income products and solutions, portfolio management theory, portfolio analysis and construction and recommendations on appropriate fixed income products as part of a client's overall portfolio allocation. The Specialist will be a highly motivated self-starter with superior fixed income knowledge and expertise and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.
