Brief Summary of Position
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced trader to join our high frequency group as a trader. The Algorithmic Trader will work with the team to monitor and execute trading opportunities developed and tested using trading models and strategies. Other responsibilities will include the constant exploration and development of new trading strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Research, generate and analyze new algorithmic trading ideas/strategies
Collaborate with team members in back-testing and optimizing trading strategies
Refine trading strategies based on live trading results and market condition changes
Monitor and execute algo trading strategies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic knowledge of programming (VBA, C#)
Superior MS Excel skills
Strong background in statistics
Strong analytical and technical skills
Ability to improve efficiency of existing processes and create new operational processes
Works well in a team setting

Educational/Experience Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
Minimum of 2 years of trading experience
Experience working on a High Frequency Trading Team is a definite plus
