General purpose of the job: To increase the education and penetration of Fixed Income Securities with our Sales Teams.

Overview/ Responsibilities:

* Fixed Income spokespersons for Sales
* Proactive Marketing / Sales Ideas (Conference calls; Emails; Ladder / portfolio builders; Raising the educational bar)
* Execution / Trader back up
* Partner w/ Analytics to service sales teams
* Relationship builder / partner with Trading and Sales
* Increase FI penetration - Target Sales by Asset Class
* Bid Wanted support
* Enhance effectiveness of Capital Markets Group

Measures of success:

* Quantitative - BSC Generated Tickets Processed Portfolio / Ladders Built Conference calls/Presentations.
* Qualitative - Increase Trader productivity, superior customer service, teamwork.

Experience & Education required:

* 5-9 years capital markets experience
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations required: 7,66/65


* Ability to adapt, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with little supervision.
* Ability and experience in developing and maintaining strong business relationships, internally and externally.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management and have confidence consulting with senior level managers.
* Client orientation
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Skilled at delivering presentation.
* Travel required up to 10%
