Operations Trading Specialist Needed; $50-70K

PeopleShare is seeking an Operations Trading Specialist for a great long term opportunity at a dynamic organization in the Oaks area!

We are seeking an individual as a Portfolio Management Application Specialist. This individual will provide superior customer service to clients, be self-motivated, and manage multiple tasks under a time-sensitive delivery schedule. 3 to 5 years of trading experience; preferably with the Moxy platform.

Pay range $50,000-$70,000 Yearly

Responsibilities:

* Cultivate and maintain trading relationships with internal and external Global Institutional
clients through proactive measures and creative client service
* Educate and assist the client in the selection of the best possible trading and service solution
* Effectively communicate with internal solution teams, product teams, industry counterparts, and team members to resolve trading problems
* Assess, analyze, monitor, and ensure timely completion of all trading requests made by client.
* Transaction Initiation: Investor account administration such as new account set up, account funding, deposits, withdrawals, disbursements, transfers, account rebalancing, and other transaction based requests required for the normal care and maintenance of an account.

Requirements

* B.S./B.A. in Business or equivalent experience
* 2 to 3 years prior experience working in Cashiering / Mutual Fund, Investment Account Administration, and/or Money Fund Operations
* Knowledge and “hands on" experience of Advent Moxy trading system
* Ability to work under pressure, working to deadlines and dealing with high volumes
* Good communication skills – written and verbal
* Ability to think creatively, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve existing management and controls
* Ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Cooperate and communicate effectively and harmoniously with administration, peers, general staff, management and other personnel
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Must possess analytical skills and the ability to be creative and inventive in satisfying internal and external client needs and supporting other members of the team and organization
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. SQL or Enterprise Manager
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the Financial Industry
* Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in Advent Moxy /Axys Products
* Industry knowledge of portfolio management trading and workflows
* Excellent customer service and client management skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Technical aptitude
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to concurrently perform multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to role and organizational changes
