ING Financial Advisers, LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to market and service 403(b) and 457(b) Plans throughout Arizona. Business location is flexible. Established territory positioned for growth. We are looking for a self confident, high-energy individual who has strong multi-level relationship building skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work toward team and individual goals.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and will possess strong analytical and time management skills. This individual will have a solid understanding of retirement industry trends, concepts, products and practices and a commitment to maintaining that knowledge. A demonstrated success in retail sales for investment products or equivalent is needed. Preferred candidates will have at least three years of experience and an existing book of business in the K-12 or Higher Education 403(b) marketplace.

Essential attributes include solid organizational skills, client driven attitude, goal oriented and works well independently.

The candidate must possess a FINRA Series 6 and 63, as well as an Arizona state insurance license. Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 is preferable.

A clean U-4 securities record is a must.

What are the job responsibilities?

* Identify client needs and coordinates efforts to service assigned territories/clients
* Take complex financial information and communicate it to clients in a manner that enables them to make informed decisions
* Prepare the required paperwork to enroll defined contribution plan participants, open brokerage accounts, mutual funds, and variable annuities
