With new salons, day spas and automotive clients and an expanding office, we are in need of 8 Manager Trainees. These openings are essential to the success of our company, as they are the future leaders of Vision Marketing. We offer a comprehensive training program, where qualified individuals will be trained in the following areas:

* Finance
* Marketing
* Sales/ Promotions
* Business Development
* Team & Market Development
* Account Coordination
* Administrative/ Human Resources

As a Manager Trainee, the right candidates will learn all of the ground level, day-to-day operations. They will then master the skills needed to effectively manage an office on a daily basis. These tasks include keeping track of profits and losses, training and development, account management and overseeing a portfolio of established clients. When training is complete, these new managers will run our branch offices.
