The Senior Trader Support Associate in the Customer Service Department will be responsible for the following activities:

Interacting with clients to settle account activity
Assisting with client inquiries
Assisting with business originator inquires
Assisting in Brokerage administration processes

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in Client facing, Futures Operations
Demonstrated thorough understanding of the 'life of a trade'
Series 3 licensed (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proactive approach
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Works well under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Projects positive attitude and enthusiasm
Proficient with Microsoft Office
