To provide superior customer service to Financial Advisors and their clients by processing Mutual Fund Trade and service requests accurately in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.

* Speaking with Financial Advisors and their clients over the telephone. A Call Center environment taking approximately 50-70 inbound calls per day and making numerous outbound calls to Advisors regarding trade corrections and obtaining additional information for trades.
* Adhering to various trading requirements and exceptions as dictated by the Fund Sponsors.
* Providing exceptional service to Financial Advisors including training Advisors and back office staff on the trading functions of BranchNet and explaining trading procedures, policies and regulations pertaining to Mutual Funds when applicable.
* UAT Testing when system enhancements and upgrades are made.
* BA/BS Degree required
* 1 year of Trading experience is required
* FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
* Must have the ability to multi task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
