Director Client Service- Forex Traders
Our client is seeking an effective client service manager to oversee the trader experience of a social networking and analytics platform designed for FOREX traders.
Responsibilities:
* Maximize trader customer service satisfaction in the platform; become advocate for trader satisfaction.
* Create process to measure and analyze customer satisfaction
* Ensure traders enter the platform with ease through the registration process
* Ensure traders opening up new accounts and assigning their IB to our client do so quickly and with minimal problems.
* Create and implement processes to provide trader support.
* Analyze trader usage metrics to determine the actual behavior of users in the platform to provide input ot business and product direction.
Requirements
Characteristics and Experience Required:
5 years + experience managing customer service function.
Strong communication skills with actual traders
Strong analytical skills to measure data and present behavior and trends to management
Ability to construct new processes to measure customer satisfaction and to provide customer support
Knowledgeable Forex trader
Experience in small start-up companies where many hats must be worn
Self starter ready to be an executive and doer, no matter how small the task.
