Institutional Sales Trader: $100-150K + bonus

* The opportunity to pick from a list of approximately 200 clients that currently do business on a soft dollar basis but no one gives them free shows of merchandise or gives them a value added service in order to increase the flow of revenue above the Soft Dollar amount.
* Strong technical sales support; co-calls with Sales Trader when needed.

Requirements Looking For:

1. Experienced Sales Trader with existing book of Buy Side Business.

2. Must be able to create a stream of revenue from his or her existing customers quickly based on existing relationships.

3. Candidate should have contacts at Buy Side Shops even if he or she does not do business with them presently.

4. Ideal candidate could have worked at Jones & Co., Weeden, Jeffries, or the like as a Sales Trader or firms that offered basically Agency Executions.

5. Candidate should feel strongly after polling his or her client’s that a move to your new company will not interfere with the normal flow of business and that the added product list could be a reason for adding to the normal flow of business.

6. Candidate should be able and willing to travel as needed to help introduce Products and salespeople.

7. Ability to introduce Pre-trade, Post-trade and other products and services in conjunction with trading services.

8. Candidate must have a clean U4 and U5.

9. Candidates should have done significant overnight business travel

10. Candidate will not be encumbered by non-compete and will be free to do business with any client.

11. Candidates must have active Series 7 & 63 licenses and any additional licenses would be a plus.

12. Candidates want to be front line sales traders.

13. Self-starter and strong team player.

14. Solid professional and personal work ethic, and highly motivated to succeed.

15. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
