Trade Floor Administrative Assistant

Work with one of the world’s leading financial firms as a Trade Floor Administrative Assistant/Desk Assistant. The ideal candidate will support a large number of employees and traders on a busy trade floor. Ideal candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively interact in a fast paced, demanding trade floor environment with minimal direction, as well as perform a variety of Administrative tasks.
As an Administrative Assistant the candidate will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, maintaining database, and various other administrative duties when necessary. Candidates should also be comfortable in a corporate setting.
Advanced software skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Two (2) + years Trade Floor and Turret phone experience.
